All of this means that we need to be realistic about the likely length and types (e.g., lockdown levels, staff absence due to isolating etc) of interruption to our businesses – and factor this into our planning and decision-making now. Early planning is especially important for franchisors, as time is like gold when it comes to the need to implement tough decisions / changes. Already, of course, many franchisors have updated and implemented ’playbooks’ from the previous lockdowns – and are already demonstrating the types of incredible support FANZ members would have seen demonstrated during all previous FANZ PAFAT (Positive Actions Franchisors Are Taking) Webinars.

c) you dot your i’s and t’s.
