About the Presenter Dr Callum Floyd
The podcast is hosted by Dr Callum Floyd, Managing Director of Franchize Consultants.
Callum has specialised in franchising for almost three decades and holds a PhD in franchising. He has worked with franchise organisations across New Zealand and internationally, assisting businesses with franchise development, franchise strategy, franchise management, franchise reviews, manuals, governance, training and franchisee performance.
He has also served in various leadership roles with the Franchise Association of New Zealand (FANZ) and regularly presents at franchising conferences and industry events.
His passion is helping businesses build stronger, more sustainable franchise systems through practical, evidence-based advice.
