Part One – Improving Franchisee Performance

This training programme is the first of three foundational learning blocks for Field Managers.

Field Managers play a pivotal role in franchisee success, and one of the most critical ways they provide support is through effective field visits.
Our Field Visit Foundations programme is designed to equip Field Managers with the tools, strategies, and confidence needed to make every field visit impactful.
Through practical frameworks, real-world case studies, and expert guidance, attendees will develop a structured approach to field visits that fosters franchisee growth and enhances overall network performance.

- A structured, multi-stage field visit process
- Do’s and don’ts for maximising effectiveness
- Essential tools and infrastructure for impactful visits
- Case studies and real-world examples

Part Three – Franchisee Business Planning
Today more than ever, effective franchisee business planning needs to be at the centre of the franchisee-franchisor journey and relationship.
Field Managers play a pivotal role in helping franchisees establish and work to meaningful business plans.

The Franchisee Business Planning programme for Field Managers is the third of three building blocks, and runs Wednesday 4 and Thursday 5 June – online from 1pm to 5pm.
In this session, Field Managers learn how to engage effectively with franchisees on business planning, including the components of a successful franchisee business plan.
Ideal for Field Managers and Franchise Executives, this training course covers:
- Franchisee business planning structure and purpose
- Franchisee business planning tools
- The role of data, benchmarking, and sensitivity analysis
- Developing and managing a franchisee business plan
- Overcoming common challenges
- Case studies

Part Four – Franchise System Training
We have a two full day in-person Managing a Franchise System training programme, ideal for new franchisors and General Managers.
This is held in-person in Newmarket, Auckland. The dates for the Managing a Franchise System course are 17 & 18 June. Both days are full days, from 9am to 5pm.
